Énergie Partagée is a French non-profit organization that supports a rapid citizen-led transition to renewable energy sources. They bring residents, communities, local stakeholders, and NGOs together to protect our environment and transition to renewable energy. They aim to make "citizen energy" a major lever for transitioning France to renewables. Citizen-led renewable energy projects are mostly financed and managed by locals. They are also trying to pass a climate bill that would ensure that at least 15% of renewable energy in France is under the control of citizens and communities by 2030. Anyone in France is welcome to follow Énergie Partagée, but membership is reserved for legal entities (associations, companies, community groups, training organizations, etc.). Get started by signing up for their newsletter and following them on social media. You can also attend their workshops and training courses, check out their free resources (including a map of renewable energy projects in France), and receive support starting a renewable energy project.
