Amigos de la Tierra

The mission of Friends of the Earth is to promote local and global change towards an environmentally friendly, just, and supportive society. There are local groups across Spain. They work closely with Friends of the Earth-Europe and Friends of the Earth International. Friends of the Earth focuses utilizes non-violent direct action and puts pressure on politicians and corporations. They fight for climate justice, protecting biodiversity, ending over-consumption, reducing waste, food sovereignty, implementing renewable energy, and economic justice. They also work closely with local communities on local issues. All residents of Spain are encouraged to join Friends of the Earth.
