Australia Conservation Foundation (ACF) is a leading national environmental organisation. They are comprised of more than half a million people who speak out for the air we breathe, the water we drink, and the places & wildlife we love, including the reef, the Kimberley, the Daintree, Kakadu, and Fraser Island. They are independent, non-partisan, and funded by community donations. Their campaigns include ending fossil fuels (including organizing global climate protests), protecting ecosystems and wildlife, moving money to green banks and investors, and exposing environmental crime, corruption, and negligence. They also work with traditional owners to give land back. Australia Conservation Foundation is open to all citizens. To get started, sign up for their email list to receive updates. From there, you can find or start an ACF community group, sign important petitions, fundraise, attend an upcoming event, come to 'welcome night,' get involved with one of their projects.
