Health of Mother Earth Foundation

Health of Mother Earth Foundation (HOMEF) is an ecological think tank organization advocating for environmental & climate justice and food sovereignty in Nigeria and Africa at large. This organization was started to address the exploitation of the natural world along with social, political, gender, and economic crises in society. They aim to mobilize the public to demand a rapid transition away from fossil fuels, address the hunger crisis in Africa, and educate about sustainability. They believe the rights of Mother Earth must be safeguarded, communities should be equipped to (deleted voice) protest against oppression and pollution, and environmental justice must prevail at the individual, policy, and corporate level.
