International Environmental Student Coalition (ISEC) is a youth-led global network that provides young people the resources, community, and organizational power to engage in grassroots movements for climate justice. Their main goals are: 1) To unite young people across the globe to act on climate, with a focus on uplifting people on the frontlines and in the Global South; 2) To mobilize young people to tackle the roots of the climate crisis, namely capitalism, colonialism, patriarchy, and racism; To challenge corporations, governments, and institutions responsible for the climate crisis; 3) To foster holistic support for individuals and groups in their climate justice projects. Their main projects focus on increasing the inclusivity of the youth climate movement, building momentum of the youth strike movement, educational programs that teach about climate justice, connection to nature and native plants, and activism.
