Sustainable Coastlines Hawaii

Sustainable Coastlines Hawaii is on a mission to enable people to clean up the coastlines and waterways. When they are not rolling up their sleeves, they are helping educate local communities on how to better manage waste. They offer coastal clean-ups, educational programs, sustainability events, private corporate clean-ups, and marine debris rapid response. They were inspired by Sustainable Coastlines in New Zealand, and decided to take keeping our beaches clean into our own hands while making the work fun. They have learned along the way that cleanups can only do so much. They utilize cleanups to inspire better consumer behaviors and continued coastal stewardship through cleanups, education, social media, and more.
