Wilderness Society

The Wilderness Society has been at the forefront of many historic environmental victories over the decades. They work to support the living world that makes all life possible. It is powered by thousands of Australians from all walks of life. They take on transnational corporations, rogue operators, and the armies of lobbyists and politicians who defend them. They work to secure better laws and oversight for the ecosystems that sustain us, and meaningful protections for Australia's most important wild places. They keep fossil fuels in the ground and promote proven, scalable, nature-based solutions. This group is open to all Australians.
